But if our clients are confused or not contented with their purchase of the handicrafts, below mentioned circumstances, our clients can return/exchange the things within 48 hours.      Unfortunately, if you found your purchasing product damaged or broken you can email us. Our email id is [email protected].    You have to click a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of   received   the product. We are always be there for our clients.  We prefer them first. FULL REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:  
  1. Genuine quality issues- please give us a proper reason or an issue in the certain quality of the purchasing product.
  2. Packages lost in conveyance.
  3.  If the product found fully damaged with in transportation please give us actual cause & proof of the product along with photograph or videos required before return back policy.
  In above mentioned all term & conditions refunds can only be granted. if a request for a refund been put in within 48 hours of delivery of the product purchase form TULIR TANE. Before returning the product please think at once that this things we collect from the professional artists with our authentic collection of traditional craft work and hand made items making in Bengal, each hand made items are unique in its own way.  An irregular weave or print or a stich shall not be considered as defect.       We will happy to replace any damaged/ defecated items, suppose a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including delivery charges, if any on originally shipping of a product to you.   If in case we missed to delivery any products from your ordered it will be shipped to you as early as possible without any additional charges. We also have some rules when we can’t give you no refunds.   THE FOLLOWING CASES ARE GIVEN BELOW:
  1. In case of minor design and colour variations. those products which we displayed in our website some times there are some variations of colours and designs, as those things are made by hands, so each product has its own uniqueness.
  2.   In case of minor aspect changes. Every time the product can not be accurate same which is mentioned in our product description.
  3. In case of minor variation of the product image, maximum pictures of our items are clicked by the camera-person. So, the effect of the light might be looked a little different from the real one.
  4. Ailing or wrong address given by the customer.
  5. On three failed delivery ventures by the dispatch rider.
  6. If the package is rejected by the receiver.
  7. Infirm or inaccurate format including any form of a p.o box address.
  8. If the obtaining products returned in a certain damaged condition.
INTERCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT:  We always worth the criteria/need of our customers to exchange any delivered product. In that case while returning of any products shipping charges will be applicable and clients has to pay extra shipping charges will be applicable and clients has to pay extra shipping charges before exchange the product.    No compensations of any product will be supply/allow if the customer service is not indicated by email or otherwise within 48 hours of delivery of the goods to your address about the client’s aspiration to seek a refund /replacement.    Please secure that the returned products are unaccustomed, intact and in a saleable condition.        Our humble request to you that maintain the original packaging of the products to be returned as well as “TULIR TANE” tags.   After obtaining the items the refunds should be processed. upon receipt of your refund /return we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the products including delivery charges if any.       In case of any type of refunds bank normally take 7-10 business days to process the whole thing. So please co-operate with us that time for your convenience.   FOR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD / NET BANKING OR PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS: Acceptance of your refund/return items, we will issue a credit to your card user for the actual transaction, for the cost of the hand craft items including all taxes & delivery charges if any. As  the charge on your credit card/PayPal account would  have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payments. We will dispense a refund into the original mode of payment. Note: compensation will only be made after we have expected the returned. Shipment gained if the package has been miss place in conveyance.
